It's all about eggs

I am so crave for eggs recently. It is the simplest dish to make I have to say.

1. Deviled egg. Halve the hard-boiled egg, take out the egg yolk, mix with mayonnaise and dash of pepper. Pipe the egg yolk into its original place. Sprinkle some parsley flakes on top.

2. Egg mayo crackers. Prepare a hard-boiled egg. Finely chopped the egg white and egg yolk. Combine with mayonnaise, dash of pepper and salt. Initially I wish to add some raisins. But later I came to find out that my stored raisins were out of stock. So I added Sunsweet prunes instead. Lastly, spread the mixture on crackers and sprinkle parsley flakes on top.

3. Chawanmushi.

Ingredients
2 eggs
150ml soup stock (I used tomato soup stock)
soy sauce
pepper
sesame oil

Method
1 Combine all the ingredients.
2 Filter.
3 Cover with aluminium foil. Use toothpick to make some holes.
4 Steam for 10 minutes.
